The costs of the Appeal to the

Full Court have been taxed as between party and party and

allowed at $25,705.20. To these must be added the costs of

the application to dismiss the Petition. Every endeavour

will be made to recover these costs, but it is to be feared

that as the Appellant is a man of straw, put up by wealthy

and interested persons, very little if anything will be

obtainable beyond his security, which was in the sum of

$2,500 only.
